Plasticized cellulose acetate-based composites with water-retaining properties and feeding effect

Abstract

In order to create biodegradable containers with the fertilizing effect and water-retaining properties, a series of samples of composites based on plasticized wood flour cellulose acetate, NPK fertilizer and sodium polyacrylate has been prepared. The main physical-mechanical characteristics, the degree of degradation during exposure in active soil for 60 days, as well as the effectiveness of the NPK fertilizer contained in the sample were determined. The regularities of the influence of the content of material components on the characteristics under study were established.
