Like many other organizations, credit unions should also focus on fostering positive attitudes among their employees. This study aims to examine the influence of democratic leadership style, work motivation, and financial compensation on employee job satisfaction. The practical implications of these findings can empower organizational leaders to make informed decisions. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 62 employees of a savings and loan cooperative in South Sumatra. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, preceded by a number of assumption tests. The results indicate that all three factors—democratic leadership style, work motivation, and financial compensation—influence employee job satisfaction. Discussion and recommendations are presented at the end of this section.
