This study aims to describe leadership style, organizational culture, job satisfaction, and employee performance at Bank Jambi Main Branch Office, as well as to analyze the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on job satisfaction and their impact on employee performance. This research employed a descriptive-verificative approach with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The descriptive results show that leadership style obtained a total score of 2,941, categorized as good. Organizational culture was also categorized as good with a score of 2,934. Job satisfaction was categorized as high with a score of 2,200, while employee performance was categorized as high with a score of 3,407. The verificative analysis revealed that leadership style and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on both job satisfaction and employee performance. The better the leadership style and the stronger the organizational culture implemented, the higher the employees’ job satisfaction. Job satisfaction itself was proven to contribute positively to the improvement of employee performance. Furthermore, leadership style and organizational culture not only directly affect performance but also indirectly through job satisfaction. In conclusion, an effective leadership style and a conducive organizational culture play an important role in fostering job satisfaction and improving overall employee performance.
