PENGARUH FASILITAS, LINGKUNGAN BELAJAR DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPS

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of school facilities, learning environment, and learning motivation on student learning outcomes. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The independent variables in this study included: learning facilities (X1), learning environment (X2) and learning motivation (X3), while the bound variable was learning outcomes (Y). The population in this study is all grade VIII students of MTs NU Futuhiyyah Donomulyo, Malang Regency for the 2024/2025 academic year with a total of 107 students. The sampling technique uses systematic sampling. Data collection techniques include: questionnaires and documentation. In addition, data collection is taken from validity tests and reality tests. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive statistics (frequency analysis, graphs, descriptives) and differential tests (f-test, t-test, and normality test). The results of the study showed that (1) based on simultaneous analysis that there was a significant influence between learning facilities, school environment, and learning motivation on social studies learning outcomes of grade VIII students MTs NU Futuhiyyah Donomulyo, (2) the results of the partial analysis explained that there was a significant influence of learning facilities on learning outcomes, (3) the results of the partial analysis explained that there was a significant influence of the school environment on learning outcomes, and (4) the results of the partial analysis explain that there is a significant influence of learning motivation on learning outcomes. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas sekolah, lingkungan belajar, dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini meliputi: fasilitas belajar (X1), lingkungan belajar (X2) dan motivasi belajar (X3), sedangkan variabel terikat adalah hasil belajar (Y). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII MTs NU Futuhiyyah Donomulyo Kabupaten Malang Tahun pelajaran 2024/2025 dengan jumlah 107 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling sistematis. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi: kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Selain itu juga, pengumpulan data diambil dari uji validitas dan uji realibilitas. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif (analisis frequencies, grafik, deskriptives) dan uji beda (uji-f, uji-t, dan uji normalitas). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) berdasarkan analisis simultan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara fasilitas belajar, lingkungan sekolah, dan Motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas VIII MTs NU Futuhiyyah donomulyo, (2) hasil analisis parsial menjelaskan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar, (3) hasil analisis parsial menjelaskan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan lingkungan sekolah terhadap hasil belajar, dan (4) hasil analisis parsial menjelaskan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar.
