Interpretasi Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dalam Perjuangan Kemerdekaan Pada Film Kadet 1947

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional dalam film Kadet 1947melalui metode deskriptif kualitatif. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan terlihattidak hanya lewat keputusan strategis, tetapi juga melalui tindakan simbolis dan emosionalyang menumbuhkan solidaritas dan komitmen taruna. Namun pendekatan sinematis yangdramatis membatasi pemahaman objektif tentang kompleksitas kepemimpinan dalamsejarah nyata. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya menghubungkannarasi film dengan praktik kepemimpinan historis serta relevansinya bagi organisasimodern. This study explores the application of transformational leadership in the film Kadet 1947 using aqualitative descriptive method. The analysis shows that leadership is demonstrated not onlythrough strategic decision-making but also through symbolic and emotional actions that buildsolidarity and commitment among the cadets. However, the film’s dramatic cinematic approachlimits an objective understanding of the complexity of leadership in historical reality. Therefore,this study emphasizes the importance of connecting the film’s narrative with historical leadershippractices and its relevance to modern organizations.
