It is noted that the development of a legal framework for regulating the use of AI in interaction with new technologies plays an important role. At the same time, the article analyzes the implementation of AI and explores the problems of the development of artificial intelligence. It is emphasized that the effective implementation of AI in Ukraine is possible under conditions of coordination with international standards. The practical possibilities of artificial intelligence that can be effectively used in modern society are investigated. The main areas in which artificial intelligence is used are analyzed. It is emphasized that the issue of using artificial intelligence technologies in organizational development should be considered in two ways: on the one hand, the organization must be prepared to implement technological innovations, and on the other hand, solutions related to AI must meet the requirements of organizational development and satisfy its needs. The article describes the concept of using AI to solve problems and improve organizational development processes, the main goal of which is to propose the application of individual technologies and methods. Among the obstacles that prevent the acceleration of the formation of Society 5.0 in Ukraine, one can single out Russia's armed aggression against Ukraine, which is qualified as a war of aggression and has large-scale global consequences, imperfection of state institutions, insufficient efficiency of legislative activity, technological lag, low qualification of human resources and weak support for innovative changes in society. For society to perceive innovative changes, it is necessary to pay attention to the development of education and science, and support the formation of digital entrepreneurship. Currently, the organization of management largely depends on the information economy, which is developing thanks to digital technologies. The characteristics of the new information environment include an increase in the role of information and knowledge in the life of society, which are becoming key factors of economic development. Thus, with the advent of technologies such as telephone, computer, Internet and artificial intelligence, marketing has changed significantly. The study analyzes the legal problems of digitalization in the environmental sphere in relation to relevant processes in the economic sphere. The study found that the digitalization of environmental protection requires solving problems of an institutional, infrastructural, ecosystemic and automation nature, and the legal factor plays a decisive role. Digitalization factors should be taken into account not only in strategic, forecast and program documents, but also in legal, in particular regulatory acts. At the same time, focusing on the advantages of digitalization, one should not neglect its possible negative consequences, especially in the field of ecology.
