The purpose of this study is to determine the level of financial literacy, digital literacy with the financial resilience of MSMEs and the relationship between financial literacy, digital literacy with the financial resilience of MSMEs. This study focuses on MSMEs in the culinary area of Kertabumi. In data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis techniques with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method Hypothesis testing by testing using SmartPLS 4 software. The results of the study show the t-statistic value for the Financial Literacy variable on Economic Resilience is 1.689> t-table 1.64 with the original sample value having a positive result of 0.218. Thus, it can be stated that the relationship between the Financial Literacy variable (X1) and the Financial Resilience variable (Y) has a positive direction. Then the t-statistic value for the Financial Literacy variable on Financial Resilience is 2.223> t-table 1.64 with the original sample value having a positive result of 0.304. Therefore, it can be concluded that the relationship between the Digital Literacy variable (X2) and the Economic Resilience variable (Y) is positive. Meanwhile, the significance value is 0.013 < 0.05. Therefore, H2 in this study is accepted, meaning the Digital Literacy variable (X2) and its indicators significantly influence the Financial Resilience variable (Y) and its indicators.
