Photoelectrochemical water splitting using TiO2/α-Fe2O3 heterojunction films produced by chemical vapour deposition

Abstract

This study reports enhanced PEC performance of TiO 2 /α-Fe 2 O 3 heterostructure films made via sequential AACVD of hematite (450 °C) followed by APCVD of anatase TiO 2 with controlled thickness.
