ABSTRACT For massive multiple‐input multiple‐output (MIMO) systems to manage signals more efficiently, singular value decomposition is crucial. It has identified the power control allocation problem as a crucial parameter while maximizing energy efficiency (EE) in a massive MIMO system. This study aims to address this issue. Device power consumption was determined to maximize EE to assess network performance. For fifth‐generation networks (5G), computing capacity to optimize EE power allocation is significant. Here, a novel energy‐efficient optimal power allocation model named (OptPowerAlloc‐MU‐MIMO) is developed by hybridizing chameleon and rat swarm optimization (HCRSO) to provide a power allocation solution to the MIMO. The two power allocation problems, such as maximizing power distribution and enhancing user SE, are solved by the proposed hybrid optimization algorithm. The efficiency of the power allocation algorithm in the MIMO is to be verified by the numerical results. The user spectral efficiency (bits/Hz/s) of the proposed model is 97.
