This study examines how the Qur'an's teachings inform and shape the philosophical basis of Islamic education management. Through a qualitative methodology, researchers conduct an in-depth analysis of specific Qur'anic verses to understand their management-related guidance and educational applications. The research relies on comprehensive literature review techniques, combining analysis of scholarly works with careful study of relevant Qur'anic passages. The findings reveal several core management principles embedded within Qur'anic verses, particularly emphasizing concepts like trustworthiness, consultative decision-making, and justice - all of which can be meaningfully integrated into educational administration. These Qur'anic principles promote an educational management approach that balances both worldly achievements and spiritual development. The study aims to help Islamic education leaders incorporate Qur'anic values effectively into their management practices.
