This article was constructed based on the dissertation developed by this author, research carried out in a unique context, marked by the COVID-19 pandemic. The work presents an analysis of the speeches of teachers from a public school in Pelotas/RS about the implementation of Hybrid Learning after the pandemic. The research, based on the theory of Content Analysis, aimed to understand the positioning of teachers in relation to this teaching modality. The results indicate that the majority of teachers were resistant to adopting Hybrid Learning in the future, even after experience with emergency remote teaching.
