Workplace Wellness

Abstract

Modern studies and articles are used to examine workplace well-being and happiness in this study chapter. It examines how comprehensive well-being initiatives that integrate physical, mental, and emotional health improve employee satisfaction and productivity (Suresh et al., 2024). Positive work environments, flexible work arrangements, and comforting leadership affect employee happiness. It promotes workplace culture and employee engagement by emphasizing mental health assistance and job design. The chapter emphasizes mental health resources and employee participation. This paper summarizes recent research on tactics and practices that increase employee well-being and happiness, offering organizations helpful insights for creating a more vibrant work environment. Organizations will soon use AI-driven wellness apps and wearable health trackers. Promoting inclusion and diversity will create workplaces where everyone feels appreciated and supported.
