Electrospun zein-based conductive composites engineered with versatile nanomaterials for high-performance supercapacitors

Abstract

Corn-derived zein was electrospun into fibrous mats and modified by VPP and hybrid coatings with QD, GO, and MO. The resulting zein-based composite electrodes exhibit high performance for energy storage applications.
