ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK PADA KANTOR DESA MOKUPA KECAMATAN LAMBANDIA KABUPATEN KOLAKA TIMUR

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of public services in Mokupa Village, Lambandia District, East Kolaka Regency. This research method uses qualitative methodology with a descriptive approach. The results of the research are analysis of the effectiveness of public services at the Mokupa Village office, Lambandia District, East Kolaka Regency. That: 1) In the service at the Mokupa Village office, Lambandia District, East Kolaka Regency, the officers are quite good and polite in appearance. 2) Mokupa Village, Lambandia District, East Kolaka Regency also has clear Service Operational Standards (SOP) and the service providers are also quite reliable and competent in their fields. 3) There are no supporting facilities such as air conditioning and TV in the waiting room and there are very limited chairs for waiting, making people wait outside the room. Although there are still several obstacles in its activities, namely, the Mokupa Village Office, Lambandia District, East Kolaka Regency is not in accordance with the SOP because there are not enough staff and supporting equipment such as computers is still lacking.
