Abstract

Abstract Cardiovascular diseases are a leading cause of death globally, often diagnosed using electrocardiography(ECG). However, traditional ECG methods lack the spatial resolution needed for detecting heart conditions. Recently advancements in flexible, on-skin electrode technologies have improved signal acquisition quality. In this work, a flexible 64-channel microneedle array dry electrode based on micro-molding method is introduced for easily, high-density and long-term ECG acquisition. At most 768 channels ECG recording and correlation analysis have been performed, demonstrating the potential for clinical application and wearable health monitoring.
