This study aims to: (1) analyze the philosophy and policy of integrating Islamic character education with 21st century skills at Maahad Al Mashoor Al Islami; (2) describe and analyze the implementation of the integration in curriculum design, learning process, and assessment system; and (3) identify challenges and adaptation strategies in the integration process. Using a qualitative method with a multi-case study approach, this research applied three triangulated data collection techniques: in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. Interviews were conducted with 9 informants selected by purposive sampling, consisting of school leaders, curriculum coordinators, religious subject teachers, and general subject teachers. The results of this study show that Maahad Al Mashoor Al Islami has successfully developed an integrative education model that balances traditional Islamic values with 21st century global competencies. The integration model applied is not just the addition of Islamic content to the general curriculum, but rather building a transformative educational paradigm by making the Islamic worldview an epistemological foundation in the construction and application of knowledge.
