PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR CAMAT BAJO

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at the Bajo sub-district office. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The sample in this study were 52 employees of the Bajo Sub-District Office. While the data analysis technique used is simple linear regression using the IBM SPSS 21 statistical application. Based on the results of the research conducted, the research results show that Work Motivation has a significant effect on the performance of Bajo Sub-District Office Employees. The better the application of work motivation in the Bajo sub-district office, the better the performance of its employees.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Camat Bajo. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Kantor Camat Bajo yang Berjumlah 52 Orang. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni regresi linear sederhana menggunakan aplikasi statistik IBM SPSS 21. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Kantor Camat Bajo. Semakin baik penerapan motivasi kerja pada kantor camat Bajo maka semakin baik pula kinerja pegawainya.
