Diffraction-Guided Natural Product Discovery

Abstract
In this talk we will discuss our efforts to discover new natural products directly from crude extracts. We leverage microarrays to prepare multiplexed TEM grids and use automation regimes to collect data. Efforts towards automated data reduction and structural solution will be presented.
