Low-loss Subminiature Multimode Branched Polymer Optical Waveguide

Abstract

We design subminiature multimode 1x2 and 1x4 branched polymer optical waveguides with circular cores, and then applying a new needle-scan path to the Mosquito method to experimentally fabricate low-loss waveguide couplers.
