Abstract

The best blue perovskite light-emitting diode enabled by the synergistic incorporation of benzoic acid potassium (BAP) and guanidinium chloride (GACl) exhibits a stable spectrum at 476 nm and a maximum external quantum efficiency of 4.47%.
