Abstract. Employee performance is the result of work in the form of quantity and quality that has been achieved by an employee and as one of the factors that can affect the success rate of an organisation. This study aims to determine organizational culture, employee work behavior, employee performance, determine the effect of organizational culture and work behavior on employee performance. The research methods used include a quantitative approach with descriptive and verification analysis. The object of research was conducted at the Bandung City Culture and Tourism Office with the number of respondents being employees at the agency totalling 48 people. Data collection techniques obtained from questionnaires (questionnaires) and interviews and in data management using the IBM SPSS V.25 program application. The conclusions of the research results are (i) the organisational culture variable is included in the good category as measured by the dimensions of involvement, consistency, adaptabilty, mission, (ii) the work behaviour variable is considered good as measured by cooperatives-social skills, work quality, work habits, personal presentation, (iii) the employee performance variable is included in the high category as measured by tax performance, adaptive performance, contextual performance, (iv) the effect of organisational culture on employee performance has a positive and insignificant effect, (v) the effect of work behaviour on employee performance has a positive and significant effect, and (vi) the effect of both variables, namely organisational culture and work behaviour on performance, has a positive and significant effect. Abstrak. Kinerja pegawai merupakan hasil kerja yang berbentuk kuantitas maupun kualitas yang sudah dicapai oleh seorang pegawai dan sebagai salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat keberhasilan suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui budaya organisasi, perilaku kerja pegawai, kinerja pegawai, mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan perilaku kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan diantaranya pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif. Objek penelitian dilakukan pada Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kota Bandung dengan jumlah responden adalah pegawai pada dinas tersebut yang berjumlah 48 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dari kuesioner (angket) dan wawancara serta dalam pengelolaan data menggunakan aplikasi program IBM SPSS V.25. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian adalah (i) variabel budaya organisasi termasuk kedalam kategori baik yang diukur dengan dimensi involvement, consistency, adaptabilty, mission, (ii) variabel perilaku kerja dinilai baik yang diukur dengan cooperatives-social skills, work quality, work habits, personal presentation, (iii) variabel kinerja pegawai termasuk kedalam kategori tinggi yang diukur dengan taks performance, adaptive performance, contextual performance, (iv) pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan, (v) pengaruh perilaku kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, dan (vi) pengaruh kedua variabel yaitu budaya organisasi dan perilaku kerja terhadap kinerja, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan.
