KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMATIF DALAM PERSPEKTIF PENDIDIKAN ISLAM

Abstract

Leadership has a huge impact on the integrity and strength of an educational institution. Good leadership, leadership exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad Saw. Currently, the leadership that is widely known is transformative leadership. Transformative leadership has a clear vision, openness with subordinates, a sense of empathy and encouraging each other to achieve a common vision. This article discusses transformative leadership and how to manage leadership from an Islamic education perspective. This research describes the origins and concept of transformative education and the form of its implementation in Islamic education.
