This study explores the pivotal role of traditional cuisine in fortifying national identity. Objectives include analyzing the historical evolution of indigenous recipes, assessing their impact on cultural identity, and understanding the socio-economic factors influencing traditional food practices. Employing a mixed-methods approach, we conducted surveys, interviews, and archival research to gather comprehensive data. Results indicate a strong correlation between traditional food consumption and a heightened sense of national pride. Communities that actively preserve culinary heritage exhibit increased cultural resilience.
