AI-Driven Cloud Resource Management and Orchestration

Abstract

Cloud computing has revolutionized the way organizations deploy and manage their IT infrastructure. However, the increasing complexity and scale of cloud environments pose significant challenges in resource management and orchestration. This paper explores the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques to enhance cloud resource management and orchestration. We present a comprehensive review of existing AI-driven approaches, propose a novel framework for intelligent cloud resource management, and evaluate its performance through extensive simulations and real-world case studies. Our results demonstrate that AI-driven techniques can significantly improve resource utilization, reduce costs, and enhance overall system performance in cloud environments.
