Abstract

A bifunctional indoloquinoxaline derivative 5a was synthesized via a structural fusion and scaffold hop strategy, and exhibits SHP1 inhibitory activity (IC 50 : 2.34 ± 0.06 μM) whilst being capable of blue/green cellular imaging.
