ALIH KODE DAN CAMPUR KODE PADA TUTURAN SISWA SMA DI KOTA LHOKSEUMAWE

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan jenis alih kode dan campur kode serta bentuk alih kode dan campur kode pada tuturan siswa SMA di Kota Lhokseumawe. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Data penelitian ini adalah tuturan siswa SMA Lhokseumawe. Sumber data ini adalah siswa SMAN 4, SMAN 5 dan SMAN 7 Lhokseumawe. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah teknik simak dan teknik catat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa jenis alih kode berjumlah 20 data, dengan rincian yaitu: (1) alih kode ke dalam berjumlah 14 data (2) alih kode ke luar berjumlah 6 data. Sedangkan bentuk alih kode ditemukan 20 data dengan rincian: (1) alih kode Intrakalimat berjumlah 4 data, (2) alih kode antarkalimat berjumlah 11 data, dan (3) alih kode tag switching berjumlah 3 data. Sementara itu, ditemukan bahwa jenis campur kode berjumlah 42 data, dengan rincian yaitu: (1) campur kode ke dalam (iner code mixing) berjumlah 39 data dan (2) campur kode ke luar (Outher code mixing) berjumlah 3 data. Sementara itu, ditemukan bahwa bentuk campur kode berjumlah 42 data, dengan rincian: (1) kata berjumlah 19 data, (2) frasa berjumlah 9 data, (3) baster berjumlah 1 data, (4) perulangan kata berjumlah 6 data, dan klausa sebanyak 7 data. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The data for this research are the speeches of Lhokseumawe High School students. The source of this data is students from SMAN 4, SMAN 5 and SMAN 7 Lhokseumawe. The data collection techniques used in this research are listening techniques and observing techniques. Based on the research results, it was found that the types of code switching amounted to 20 data, with details namely: (1) inward code switching amounted to 14 data (2) outward code switching amounted to 6 data. Meanwhile, 20 data were found in the form of code switching, with details: (1) intra-sentence code switching totaling 4 data, (2) inter-sentence code switching totaling 11 data, and (3) tag switching code switching totaling 3 data. Meanwhile, it was found that the type of code mixing amounted to 42 data, with details namely: (1) inner code mixing amounted to 39 data and (2) outer code mixing amounted to 3 data. Meanwhile, it was found that the form of code mixing amounted to 42 data, with details: (1) words totaling 19 data, (2) phrases totaling 9 data, (3) baster totaling 1 data, (4) repetition of words totaling 6 data, and clauses as many as 7 data.
