This study aims to determine and analyze work stress, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment to employee turnover intention at Bank Sumut. This type of research is quantitative research. The research sample was 85 people. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the test results, work stress partially has a significant effect on turnover intention, work satisfaction partially has a significant effect on turnover intention, and organizational commitment partially has a significant effect on turnover intention. Work stress, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment together or simultaneously significantly impact turnover intention. Based on the results of the determination coefficient, work stress, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment are able to explain the turnover intention variable by 63.2%, and other variables or factors explain the remaining 42.8%.
