Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance at the Gracia Medan Education Foundation. Gracia Medan Education Foundation is one of the schools that aims to become a developing, superior, and trusted school that focuses on student potential. The results of the partial test (t-test) on the analysis of leadership style and organizational culture on performance, with a t-table value of 1.992, indicate that leadership style and organizational culture have a positive and significant impact on performance. The results of the simultaneous test (F-test) on the analysis of leadership style and organizational culture on performance, with an F table value of 2.728, indicate that leadership style and organizational culture together have a positive and significant impact.
