This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of human resource development, and work motivation, on employee job satisfaction, to find out and analyze the influence of human resource development, and work motivation on employee performance, and to know and analyze the influence of human resource development and motivation on employee performance is mediated by job satisfaction.To implement these objectives, data collection techniques are used through observation, questionnaires and documentation, using path analysis methods.The results showed that the development of human resources and motivation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, human resource development and motivation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and from the results of the mediation test empirically found that human resource development and motivation work has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Cooperative and UKM Office Gowa, Maros and Makassar.
