Pengaruh Hambatan Samping Terhadap Biaya Operasional Kendaraan Pada Depan Pasar Simpang Baru, Kota Pekanbaru

Abstract

Abstrak Aktivitas Pasar Simpang Baru pada Jalan HR. Soebrantas merupakan hambatan samping yang mengurangi kapasitas jalan dan kecepatan kendaraan. Akibatnya akan berdampak pada kinerja jalan dan biaya operasional kendaraan (BOK). Maka perlu diketahui seberapa besar pengaruh hambatan samping terhadap BOK. Analisis berdasarkan kondisi eksisting dan kondisi tanpa hambatan, serta menggunakan analisis statistik untuk menghitung pengaruhnya. Besar hambatan samping tertinggi adalah 744,3 bobot kejadian, Derajat kejenuhan tertinggi adalah 0,732 (tingkat pelayanan C). BOK kendaraan kondisi eksisting yaitu sebesar Rp. 1.662,22/km untuk kendaraan ringan, Rp. 2.384,86/km untuk kendaraan berat dan Rp. 362,41/km untuk sepeda motor. Setelah hambatan samping dihilangkan nilai derajat kejenuhan menjadi 0,593 (tingkat pelayanan A), BOK kendaraan ringan menjadi 1.423,60/km, BOK kendaraan berat menjadi Rp. 2.260,13/km; dan BOK sepeda motor menjadi Rp. 319,24/km. Besar pengaruh hambatan samping terhadap BOK LV yaitu 50,5%, pengaruh hambatan samping terhadap BOK HV sebesar 38,1%, dan pengaruh hambatan samping terhadap BOK MC sebesar 57,7%. The analysis based on existing conditions and without side friction conditions, and used statistical analysis to calculate the effect. The highest amount of side friction is 744.3 event. The highest degree of saturation is 0.732 (level of service C). BOK for vehicles in existing condition is Rp. 1,662.22/km for light vehicles, Rp. 2,384.86/km for heavy vehicles and Rp. 362.41/km for motorcycles. After removing side friction, the value of the degree of saturation becomes 0.593 (level of service A), the BOK for light vehicles becomes 1,423.60/km, the BOK for heavy vehicles becomes Rp. 2,260.13/km; and BOK for motorcycles becomes Rp. 319.24/km. The influence of side friction on BOK LV is 50.5%, the influence of side friction on BOK HV is 38.1%, and the influence of side resistance on BOK MC is 57.7%.
