The aim of this research is to focus on the influence of financial literacy, financial inclusion, financial attitudes and personality on the financial management behavior of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) at Bringhardjo Market. Financial literacy is a crucial aspect in forming a society that has more skills in managing sources of income and managing their finances. This type of research is quantitative research with data collection methods such as questionnaires, interviews. It is hoped that the results of this research can become a reference for developing theoretical knowledge, especially in the context of financial literacy and information technology literacy in financial inclusion for MSMEs. By paying attention to the regression and F table, the regression coefficient is 21,833, the significance level is smaller than 0.000 < 0.05, and the regression test for the financial literacy, financial attitudes and personality variables has a positive and significant influence on financial management behavior.
