This article presents a detailed analysis of the legal framework of community social service centres in Andalusia. Diversity among these centres and future trends of development are considered. A description and analysis of the development of community social services in the province of Huelva also included describes the present situation of the community social service centres in social work districts that cover various towns and villages. Suggestions for the organizational improvement and development of these services are advanced.
