The advent of artificial intelligence (AI) has revolutionized various sectors, with the hotel industry experiencing significant transformations in marketing strategies and customer engagement. This study explores the impact of AI-powered tools and technologies on the marketing strategies employed by hotels to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. By leveraging AI, hotels can now offer personalized experiences, predictive analytics, and efficient customer service, thereby improving operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. The research delves into the various AI applications in the hotel industry, such as chatbots, virtual assistants, and recommendation engines, which facilitate real-time interactions and personalized service offerings. The integration of AI in customer relationship management (CRM) systems has enabled hotels to analyze vast amounts of data, leading to more informed marketing decisions and targeted campaigns. Furthermore, the study examines how AI-driven marketing strategies have shifted from traditional methods to more dynamic, data-driven approaches.
