PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS KEBUDAYAAN KOTA MAKASSAR

Abstract

Abstrak. “Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Kebudayaan Kota Makassar”. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan merupakan penelitian populasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada kantor Dinas Kebudayaan Kota Makassar sebanyak 48 orang. Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda dan mendapatkan hasil yaitu: Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan variabel disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Dinas Kebudayaan Kota Makassar. Hasil uji hipotesis juga menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Dinas Kebudayaan Kota Makassar dan motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Dinas Kebudayaan Kota Makassar.Kata kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja PegawaiAbstract. “The Influence of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Scope of the Cultural Office of Makassar City”. This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance within the Cultural Office of Makassar City. The study employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive method and is a population-based research. The sample for this research consists of 48 employees working at the Cultural Office of Makassar City. The hypothesis testing in this study utilizes multiple linear regression analysis and yields the following results:Based on the hypothesis testing results using the multiple linear regression analysis, it is evident that both work discipline and work motivation variables simultaneously influence the performance of employees at the Cultural Office of Makassar City. The hypothesis testing results also indicate that work discipline partially influences the performance of employees at the Cultural Office of Makassar City, and work motivation partially influences the performance of employees at the Cultural Office of Makassar City.Keyword: Work Discipline, Work Motivation, and Employee Performance
