Abstract Assertiveness in academic work represents a challenge both for those who are immersed in the teaching processes, as well as for those who are direct beneficiaries of the act of learning, since it is an expected and desirable attitude in all possible extremes that socialization encompasses. In times of pandemic, where greater use of technology is also used, adults require skills and assertive abilities offered from the educational context, so that according to their needs and particularities they can be incorporated or continue with their studies in an appropriate way.
