Wearable biosensor technology has made great strides in recent years, opening up a world of possibilities for real-time health monitoring applications. In order to examine the state-of-the-art in wearable biosensors and its implications for healthcare monitoring, this research article will concentrate on the potential and problems found in the field of electronics and communication engineering. In order to create dependable and effective wearable biosensors, it is necessary to examine the developments in sensor technology, signal processing methods, wireless communication protocols, and data analytics algorithms. The difficulties with power management, data security, signal quality, and wearable design factors will also be covered in this study. This study will give insights into future directions and viable solutions for raising performance by assessing the present research and identifying the gaps.
