基于双向条纹投影的复杂纹理物体三维测量

Abstract

针对结构光系统中复杂纹理的反射率不连续会引起测量误差这一问题,分析并构建了其误差模型,指出了相位误差与相位梯度及灰度梯度之间的相关性,并由此提出了一种基于双向条纹投影的高精度复杂纹理物体测量方法。该方法通过投影横、纵光栅获取双向相位信息,并利用提出的映射方法将横向相位映射至纵向,与原纵向相位进行线性运算从而得到平均相位。然后,计算提取的物体纹理边缘切线和校正后相位梯度的夹角,采用相应的误差补偿算法对平均相位进行补偿,最终重建得到校正后点云。对比实验的结果表明,在同等测量效率下,所提方法能够以更高的精度重建复杂纹理物体,相较传统方法,其平均绝对误差和均方根误差最高可降低45.4%和50.1%。
