The use of the internet has been increasing every day, and after COVID-19, we can see a sudden growth in the use of the internet. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, people were forced to switch their work from offline to online mode. Many organizations and corporate industries have switched to online due to lockdown during the COVID-19 pandemic, like schools, colleges, different offices, and industries. That has also boosted the amount of unstructured data available online. That resulted in praise for the cyberbullying rate on the internet. During online classes and meetings during those days, not just students but also the teachers faced the Cyberbullying issue. So, keeping that in mind, many researchers and authors have conducted many surveys as well as research on this issue. This review paper contains what methods and algorithms those researchers have proposed and what methodology and algorithms those researchers have used to overcome this issue, along with the research gap and what other researchers can do to fill those research gaps.
