Penguatan Literasi Keuangan UMKM Melalui Pelatihan Pencatatan Keuangan Bisnis Berbasis Aplikasi

Abstract

The challenge that MSMEs in Indonesia still frequently encounter is a shortage of human resources that are capable of growing their businesses. The government-promoted empowerment initiative is still lacking in professional assistants, effective outreach, counseling, and empowerment programs, and as a result, MSMEs have not developed into a dominant sector. As a result, substantial stakeholder synergy is still required to improve MSMEs' proficiency in handling and documenting financial data. As a sort of academic contribution to raising community financial literacy, this community service strives to raise the competency of MSME resources in terms of business financial records. The approach for this service was training with objective assessment. With the assistance of 25 MSME partners, this service was provided in cooperation with Disperindagkop dan UKM Kabupaten Pulau Morotai. The team can train MSME actors to utilize the Lamikro application with more proficiency. 15 out of the 25 participants were able to use the lamikro properly, while the others required significant assistance.
