Dynamic Analysis of Two-Point Drive Scraper Conveyor

Abstract

Coal, as one of the important energy resources, plays a significant role in China’s energy supply and development. In order to better understand the operational characteristics and performance of a scraper conveyor, this article uses ADAMS software to simulate and analyze the dynamic characteristics and mechanical characteristics of a two-point drive scraper conveyor during startup. The torque of the sprocket shaft and the force curve of the round chain when the two-point drive conveyor starts are obtained, providing scientific references and basis for further optimal design and performance improvement of the scraper conveyor.
