Abstract

2D ultrathin Z-scheme heterojunctions with excellent contact interfaces and robust internal electric fields are synthesized based on LaVO 4 and ZnIn 2 S 4 (ZIS) and exhibit outstanding photocatalytic hydrogen evolution performance.
