From different approaches, in ten chapters, this book presents current research on the Colombian social security system while exposing situations of socioeconomic impact with a global reach, such as the case of the migrant population. The authors offer critical views and philosophical and pragmatic positions on Law 100 and the problems related to social security after its thirty years of validity. Each of the authors examines some of the most relevant issues, from comparative law, jurisprudence, the legal system in general, and statistics, to offer proposals that seek to improve the national doctrine on this subject.
