Employee engagement is a dynamic and challenging indicator to measure. It has a direct impact on the firm's efficiency in business objectives. This is why engagement has gained so much momentum in the last decade. For a company to be employee friendly and ensure that employees enjoy their work and contribute towards the growth of the organization the companies need to make the employees feel empowered and make the benefits they would enjoy with the growth in the company visible. Analyzing employee feelings about the work environment and the organization is the key factor of running a successful business. To make the organization employee friendly the organization needs to collect and analyze the details on growth opportunities, feedback on the management, suggestions for improvement. Business leaders require Real-time data and insights on Employee Engagement to respond in a much more prompt and personalized manner. The way that most organizations gauge employee is, at best, ordinary and at worst, very unproductive. Organizations rely on data obtained from asking questions on different scales through surveys and the results lead to poor solutions to the employee issues. There are various issues uncovered what must be done to address these issues? The answer is the use of artificial intelligence (AI). The chapter aims to identify modern methods to obtain reliable data, information, and feedback from employees, which can be used to enhance 132employee engagement. The study is carried out through a systematic review of the literature. After extensive research, it was discovered that today's AI and robotics technology could assist HR and the business gain more realtime insights into the development of the employees. HR and corporate leaders must begin to examine them and make informed decisions about whether and how to use them. Over the last 10 years, advances in AI, natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning (ML) have transformed how employee insights are studied and applied.
