Direct thrust control method based on permanent magnet synchronous linear motor

Abstract

The traditional PMLSM-DTC is a form of switching table. There are phenomena such as large magnetic chains, thrust jitter, and interrupted spatial voltage vector switching, so the SVPWM algorithm is proposed for vector control. And the traditional control mode must be by using high-resolution grating and magnetic gate position sensor to obtain the corresponding position or speed information to complete the control of the motor. This paper adopts a way of observation, which can avoid its high cost, complex lines, prone to failure, and a series of shortcomings. Finally, through the Matlab simulation, its feasibility is verified.
