Optimal Dispatching Method for Power System Considering Multiform Flexibility Resources

Abstract

The uncertainty of wind and photovoltaic output has a large impact on power system dispatching. Considering the constraints of spatiotemporal coupling characteristics of small hydropower group, an optimal dispatching model of multi-flexible resources participating in power system based on scenario analysis method is established with the objective of minimizing economic cost as well as carbon emission. Finally, the validity of the model is verified by a regional power grid, and the analysis results show that the proposed model can consider the uncertainty of wind and photovoltaic resource output and realize the safe and stable dispatch of multi-flexible resources participating in the power system.
