It is extremely difficult and stressful for dispatchers in digital and automated plants to schedule production efficiently, as they are prone to errors, which puts a high psychological and mental strain on them. To better support scheduling activities and generate a positive user experience, we have constructed a shop-floor scheduling service gamification solution "ZSchedule" by integrating game mechanics and elements into the shop-floor scheduling service system based on a five-dimensional workshop twin model. Real-time simulation of scheduling solutions and rapid feedback of results are realized by building workshop digital twin and scheduling evaluation system. To promote friendly interaction between dispatchers and "ZSchedule", this paper has constructed a gamified narrative context for scheduling competitions in "ZSchedule" that integrates narrative, real-time feedback, points, badges, leaderboards, and other elements. Players are defined as "The Brave" of the virtual scheduling world where they will participate in a "Scheduling Master" promotion competition and earn achievements by completing various challenges on the way to promotion. The purpose of this setting is to make scheduling operations more attractive, thus stimulating the initiative of scheduling staff and improving the efficiency and quality of operations.
