Abstract

A new class of all-organic self-powered photoelectrochemical photodetectors (OPEC PDs) based on PDTBT-Qx/PC 71 BM were successfully constructed and the performance of PDTBT-Qx/PC 71 BM OPEC PDs was systematically evaluated.
