This paper attempts to examine customer satisfaction with cashless policy in Nepalese commercial banks. The data has beencollected from 384 respondents of Kathmandu Valley through a structured questionnaire. Descriptive statistics, correlation coefficients, andregression methods have been used to estimate the relationship between dependent and independent variables. The study reveals thata cashless policy is the most important factor affecting customer satisfaction in Nepalese commercial banks.
