Research on PLC Control System Based on Virtual Simulation

Abstract

As one of the three pillars of modern industry, PLC has been widely used in various industries. This paper will take the industrial manipulator control as an example to study the PLC control system based on virtual simulation technology. In this system, the PLC part uses the simulation software PLCSIM from Siemens, the controlled object uses a 3D virtual model, and functional tests such as communication and data acquisition are completed through the virtual gateway software NetToPLCsim. Students can use computers and software to carry out autonomous learning, which is no longer limited by class hours, equipment and places.
