Developing secure framework using blockchain technology for E-healthcare

Abstract

Blockchain technology is the most original technology that is growing and being used in many different fields at the fastest rates. In this study, the same goal was reached by using pluggable PBFT (practical byzantine fault tolerance) and the Hyperledger Fabric blockchain framework to make sure that healthcare transfers are safe. This study began by looking at successful blockchain applications and doing basic research to find out why they were needed. With the help of this technology, patients now have full, permanent data and can get to their electronic health records (EHRs) whenever they want. In this study, a secure framework for securing e-healthcare systems with Hyperledger Fabric and the PBFT consensus method was made using blockchain technology. Results of study explains the proposed framework is having better efficiency then existing systems.
